PeRfect Plan Public Relations, LLC is a boutique public relations firm certified by the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA) as a Minority Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) that focuses on the female and multicultural consumer markets, nonprofit organizations, and diversity sensitivity.
Our Story
PeRfect Plan Public Relations was launched March 4, 2010 in honor of Women's History Month. The female consumer market is an underserved target audience, that is often misunderstood. It was important to launch the firm by a female, for females, during the month that celebrates the accomplishments of all women!

Trameika R. Vaxter
President
Trameika Vaxter is a passionate public relations professional with 25 years of general market and multicultural public relations agency experience. She has worked with a variety of high-profile brands, organizations, and celebrities such as American Airlines, Harley-Davidson, the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism & Aviation, and Grammy Award-winning R&B singer Anthony Hamilton. Vaxter holds a MBA with an emphasis in marketing and a bachelor's degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations.
Christopher E. Vaxter
Vice President Bus. Dev. & Customer Liaison
Christopher Vaxter is a consummate professional who holds a Master's in social work and dual bachelor degrees in applied gerontology and social work. His understanding of African American, Latinx, Asian, Veteran, LGBTQ, and older adult populations provides us with invaluable insight for our clients. Vaxter's more than 20 years of sales experience, coupled with his ability to conduct successful product launches, positions PeRfect Plan PR with an opportunity to provide our clients with customized communications solutions.
Maia J. Vaxter
Executive Assistant
Maia Vaxter is a supportive force that empowers PeRfect Plan Public Relations senior leadership. She is a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. Her flexibility and consistency, while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations is second to none. Vaxter recently graduated from the University of North Texas (UNT) in Denton at the age of 20 with a Bachelor of Science in psychology.
